Our business operates in accordance with applicable New Zealand laws and regulations, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA), and Privacy Act 2020.

Consumer Guarantees

All products are supplied in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable. Consumers are entitled to remedies where goods fail to meet the guarantees provided by the Act, including requirements relating to acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, description, and delivery.

Nothing in our store policies, terms, or notices is intended to exclude or limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under New Zealand law.

Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy applies in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Change-of-mind returns may be subject to our store's stated returns conditions. However, where a product is faulty, defective, unsafe, or otherwise fails to meet the guarantees required by law, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy as provided by the CGA.

Proof of purchase may be requested where reasonably required to process a return or establish the purchase.

Fair Trading

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, advertising, promotions, claims, and representations made by our business are accurate and not misleading or deceptive, in accordance with the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Prices displayed to customers are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

Promotional offers are subject to the advertised terms and conditions. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or advertising errors where permitted by law.

Where a product or promotion is advertised as being available for a particular price or period, the applicable promotional terms will be clearly communicated to customers.

Product Safety

We take reasonable steps to ensure products supplied by our business comply with applicable New Zealand product safety requirements. Customers should follow all manufacturer instructions, warnings, age recommendations, and safety information supplied with products.

Privacy

Personal information collected from customers will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and our Privacy Policy.
